PROJECT
VILANOVA'S NATURAL HABITAT: DISCOVER IN ORDER TO RESPECT
This project is based on the need for our students to know the flaura and fauna in the river bank of their own hometown as a way to protect their closest environment.
SESSION 1: General introduction to the effects of global warming.
SESSION 2: Driving question & final product.
SESSION 3: Need-to-knows & need-to-dos, organisational measures.
SESSION 4: Students start research on the topic.
SESSION 5: Students go to the riverbank to do fieldwork ad revise what has been found in the previous class.
SESSION 6: Students devise the tasks for primary students.
SESSION 7: An exhibition of the activities and final touches.
SESSION 8: Students go to the riverbank with primary students.
SESSION 9: Final critical reflection of the outcomes of the project.
